Returns + Exchanges

We want you to love your Ezra Valentine piece. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With all tags and packaging

Because our bags are handmade and one-of-a-kind pieces, we can’t accept returns after this window.

Exchanges

Prefer a different style?
Email us at Ezravalentinecontact@gmail.com to arrange an exchange. We'll let you know if your desired item is available.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • We’ll provide a return address once your return is approved.

  • We recommend using tracked shipping—we’re not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom bags or made-to-order pieces

  • Items returned in used or damaged condition

Faulty or Damaged Items

We inspect every piece carefully, but if something slips through, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order with a photo. We'll sort it out as quickly as possible.
